Join us for a yoga and tai chi based 60 minute movement group activity! Bring your yoga mat or beach towel and a bottle of water as we focus on deep breathing, posture, balance and relaxation in a gentle flowing format.

This class is taught by Linda Ivers, PT, who has taught movement groups over the last eight years in schools and special recreation associations.

IMPORTANT!! This class begins PROMPTLY at 7PM!! Please try to arrive on time. If you are late, PLEASE enter quietly to keep disruption of the class to a minimum. Due to space restrictions, parents/caregivers will spend this time networking in the Tutoring Room. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
