Do you LOVE snuggly animals?
Do you LOVE yoga?
How about BOTH? :)

Grab a BLANKET and come to the FARM!

Thanks to Downs On The Farm, Threads is bringing yoga with goats BACK to our little Amherst Community!

These special classes are EXTRA special this month because with each purchase of Yoga with Goats Class, students will receive a free pass to the ***Escape Room*** at the Farm! When you schedule your Escape room reservation, one free pass is applicable per each group of 4 or more. Two free passes can be applied for groups of 8 or more. A great deal, great fun and a great mission— #winning ❤️🤸‍♀️🐐💞

As for the super fun yoga class... Goats are playful, generally friendly critters that love to see what you are doing...from on your mat, to under you to even on top of you! These loving animals will explore yoga and demonstrate some of the most sought after qualities we wish to instill in ourselves: non-judging, loving, happy, curious, determined and restfulness :)

Details:
*****Classes are held at Downs On The Farm located at: 49456 Telegraph Rd, Amherst, OH 44001*****
Class fee is $25 and requires an individual, prepaid registration for each person entering the class room.

• Spectators must be registered as a student even if there is no plan to interact in the yoga session. •Class size is limited so planning ahead is your best assurance of a spot in class.
•This Class is for ages 13 on up however all participants under age 18 require legal guardian/adult to be registered and in attendance with them in class.
•Bring an old comforter or blanket to be used in place of your yoga mat. We do not allow yoga mats in the class room as goats will eat them.
•PLEASE remember these are farm animals, not indoor pets. You will likely pick up, see, smell or come into close quarters with these snugly creatures. So that means, leave the 'lulu' or fav attire at home. ;) Wear old socks and clothing that can get messy (and trust us, it's worth getting messy) ♥
Students are welcome to snuggle the goats for 10-15 minutes after class.

See you on the Farm! ♥

The mission of Downs On The Farm: "We hope to bless and enrich the lives of special needs kids and adults that reach out to us, make homes for as many neglected animals possible, as well as educate others of the importance of responsible agriculture and natural growing techniques."
Animal Assisted Activities have been proven beneficial in a multitude of areas from emotional trauma healing to fine motor skill improvement and mental/physical well being.

With the loving support of her husband, Shawna Hodges founded Downs On The Farm to give those with special needs or disabilities an affordable place to come and experience Animal Assisted Activities.

The Hodges family believes that they are bringing affordable, positive, therapeutic experiences to those in our society that need to be mutually accepted. By having a birthday party at the farm, visiting the petting zoo, purchasing some of their natural produce, or donating, you can help to keep the farm up and running! ♥
