MakerSpace Workshops: Sewing Fundamentals

This 1-day workshop is for beginners who have never or rarely used a sewing machine! You will gain confidence and build basic skills using a home sewing machine. Learn how to operate the machine, sew seams and finish seams using the serger. A quick, fun project will be made in this creative and informative class!

Location: MakerSpace at Glendale Downtown Central Library

All workshops are first come, first served.Once all seats are booked workshop enrollment ends. Interested participants must attend all three dates to fully learn the basics.

Visitors to the Downtown Central Library receive 3 hours FREE parking across Harvard Street at the Marketplace parking structure with validation at the service desk. Handicapped parking is available on the east side of the building.
