2nd Workshop of the Online Strategy Serie:

Do you or are you planning to use social media to promote your business? Since you probably already use social media already, it’s a no-brainer, but there’s a big difference between having social media accounts and those accounts actually being a useful tool for your business.

What we’ll do:

This workshop addresses this issue - we’re going to take a look at how to corral the seemingly wild world of social media and put it to work for your business. We’re want to make sure that what you do on social media is supporting your business goals, and that it’s easily managed and scalable as your business grows.

We’ll divide the night into 6 sections, with time for questions at the end of each.

● The role of social media in a digital strategy
● The importance of goals and metrics
● The current social media landscape (apps and sites)
● First steps in creating your own social media strategy
● Tools and automation in social media management
● Outsourcing your social media/community management

Who it’s for?

The workshop is for small businesses and solopreneurs who want to use social media to promote their businesses, but who are aware of the fact that as a tool, social media must be properly managed and carefully controlled to make sure it’s not becoming unmanageable or - worse - wasting time and money. By getting a solid overview of the role of social media in a business, you’ll be in a much better position to make strategic decisions and watch for issues in your own business’s social media presence.
