Schools out and it's time to join Amy Kreider, former elementary/junior high school teacher and yoga instructor for some SERIOUS fun - through yoga, writing and meditation!
Kids will play games, journal, read/listen to books as well as do yoga, centering on learning how to relax and de-stress, learn who we are and engage in books and activities that celebrate our uniqueness and individuality. We will decorate our own yoga mats, learn how to better sit in stillness and learn self- care through meditation and breath work. In a world so high paced, highly connected, and often anxiety inducing, it has become more important for kids to know how to "disconnect", "power down" and restart when they become overly burdened. This course is designed to give kids the tools to do so. Consider helping your child take a step to learn self-care that will benefit them for a life time!
Signup deadline is July 13 and there must be 4 students minimum registered to run the camp.
