LEARNING TO LET GO
Negative emotions from the past, such as guilt, grief and resentment of others, can weigh us down and keep us stuck in painful situations and difficult relationships. On this course, learn the joy of letting this emotional baggage go, so that you can move forward and enjoy life with confidence.
The day comprises three one-hour sessions with guided meditations and a talk with Kelsang Rak-ma who is a Buddhist nun with over 16 years experience of teaching meditation. Refreshments and a light vegetarian lunch are included.
