After the success of the Slieve Gullion Retreat in March we are running the same Retreat, Different Venue

So come Relax, Recharge & Renew at Dromantine Retreat, Newry

It's so rare to be able to take time to yourself, reset your health & leave the stress of daily life. This is your chance to take care of you!
If you've been looking to change, to reduce stress, anxiety or want to shift something in life for the better then I highly encourage you to join us!

Jenny McParland from Hot Yoga Newry and I are coming back together to offer a retreat day at Dromantine of combined mind & body practices to improve health & wellbeing.

The day will involve gentle Yoga (very suitable for those who have never done yoga before), the Yoga is to enjoy moving and feel the benefits of stretching and compressing areas to increase health and wellbeing.

It also includes Meditation to help us learn benefits of being still, quiet and peaceful being able to take this practice back to our daily lives.

The aim of the day is to enjoy peace and calm, keeping a theme of silence on some of the activities. Delegates will be encouraged to self reflect enabling them to learn positive wellbeing techniques and letting go of stress, anxiety you may be holding to or working to let go off.

Refreshments and lunch is included, this will be Tea/Coffee, fresh fruit salad, water for break, vegetarian soup and sandwich, tea/coffee for lunch.

Date:
Sunday 27th May 10am - 3pm, £45 per person includes lunch & water refreshments

This is a gentle low impact activity day and will involve sitting, lying down & yoga movements.

Please bring with you:
A yoga mat (if possible)
A towel or blanket
Warm suitable clothing for Yoga exercise and all day activities
Waterproof jacket for outdoors and suitable shoes
An open mind
