DU Cooks, a Dillard University Ray Charles Program in African-American Material Culture series, is proud to invite New Orleans Native, Food Network Chopped winner, author of Southern Creole: Recipes from my New Orleans Kitchen, host of Hunger Trap on Facebook Live, Chef Kenneth Temple!

From 11am-12pm, Chef Kenneth Temple will speak in Georges Auditorium for our Dr. Rudy Joseph Lombard Black Hand in the Pot Lecture Series and then from 12:30 pm-2:00 pm, Chef Kenneth will conduct a cooking demo in the Ray Charles Program Center (PSB Rm. 112).
