Do you find yourself feeling a bit stressed or worried about life after graduation? Do you feel more anxious every time someone asks about your plans for after graduation? If you answered yes to either of these question, or if you feel like you could use some help with managing anxiety surrounding graduation, then this workshop is for you. In this workshop, we will discuss common feelings and thoughts of students preparing for graduation, explore strategies for managing these feelings and thoughts. This workshop is free and open to UO students, faculty, and staff.
