Yin yoga supports our physical, mental, & emotional well-being by allowing the subtle energy of our bodies to flow with more ease. Long held floor based postures invite you to ground into your hips and strengthen your inner stability.
This practice serves as a gateway to your inner landscape and will expand your capacity to work with what is arising for you physically and emotionally while feeling deeply held by the yin energy of Mother Earth. Through our practice, we will attune to the depth, stability and compassion at her core. As we turn inwards, we remember the power and divinity that lies within us.
Our practice will also include hands on energy work (with your permission), opportunities to journal, and guided journeys to deepen your experience. Please bring a journal if you wish to use it during our practice.
