If you are still wondering what the difference between charcoal and gas are. Or maybe every time you grill, it turns into a blackened dried out mess. In this class we will discuss, proper grilling technique, marinades, and the timing of cooking on a grill...both charcoal and gas!

Menu includes: Fire Roasted Ricotta Dip with Padron Peppers; Grilled Summer Vegetables; Grilled Bourbon Chili Chicken; Hickory Smoked Ribs and Tomatoes; Grilled Corn and Avocado Salad; Grilled Flatbread; Grilled Peaches and Pound Cake with Buttermilk Ice Cream.
