A fabulous event to work on your strength and flexibility and all things YOGA. With the creative and fun factor of doing it all in the slings.
The instructor, Karen, is really into alignment in her yoga asanas. We will use the slings to adjust and hold us, so as to really feel the alignment and the correct action of the poses. The slings allow us to get deeper into poses with greater ease as the sling often holds or lifts some of the heaviness out of the body.
The first 2 days are aimed at anyone wanting to check it out. Anyone wanting to put their body and mind through their asanas sling style.
The second 2 days are aimed at teachers and instructors of yoga, pilates, TRX, Pole dancing. Anyone wanting to take it further. More information, more detail, more fun!
