A great bootcamp event hosted by Body and Spirit Fitness centre, Malindi’s top gym which introduced this form of training to Kilifi County.
The goal is to provide a challenging and varied whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance in an atmosphere of fun building teamwork and group support. It is more intense than any fitness class and more fun than traditional gym workouts.
Built on the fundamentals of training— cardio, strength, endurance and agility—the workouts require little more than your body weight to get results while exercising every muscle in your body.
We mix traditional calisthenics, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints and aerobic elements.
In essence, it is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of low impact activity.
Although designed to be intense and push you beyond your limit, our Bootcamp is suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts alike. You will be able to work at your own pace and intensity.
Our Boot camp event will give you the opportunity to break away from your fitness routine or even no exercise. With our motivated trainers, the camaraderie of group training and the freedom of working out in nature, you have all the ingredients for a challenging fitness programme that can elevate your fitness and lift your mood.
