Meet the new yoga prop on the block: The Yoga Wheel
What is a yoga wheel? it is a sturdy circular prop that helps to stretch the entire front of the body but also assists you in deeper poses. It provides a delightful back massage.
This workshop will allow you to take your Hatha yoga poses to a different level. The yoga wheel is designed to reinforce your posture, strengthen your core and improve your balance.
This workshop will teach you to develop more flexibility in your entire spine and will help to open your shoulders and hips and heart.
You will learn to use this amazing tool to:
Massage your spine
Open the entire front of the body
Assist in deeper backbends and inversions
Help you with simple stretches
Challenge your balance and strengthen your core
AND above all to have fun and feel fantastic!
