If you feel out of control around food, a mindful eating approach can help. This workshop will teach you the concepts that can change the way you think, live—and eat.
Mindfulness is a hot topic these days, for good reason. It’s being used as a powerful treatment for addictions of all sorts, as well for helping people who suffer from depression or anxiety. But some of the most exciting research is in the area of mindful eating for weight loss. Each year more studies are published documenting significant weight loss among participants who have been practicing mindfulness.
Amy Fuller is a certified mindful eating facilitator and yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field.
