East Sussex Credit Union (ESCU), the savings and loans co-operative that operates throughout East Sussex, Brighton and Hove will be at the Arndale Shopping Centre in Eastbourne on Monday 23rd April 2018 to help celebrate St George’s Day.
In order to involve Eastbourne residents, ESCU are organising a day of crafts and games for both children and adults. Children’s goodie bags will also be given out by staff and volunteers of the credit union.
The Craft Activity Day will start at 11am and will finish at 3pm and is an opportunity for local residents to find out more about the credit union, how it operates and the benefits of joining the local co-operative, for members.
Emma Brown, the Business Development Manager for ESCU, will be attending the day to meet with local residents and comments “We are excited to take part in an event which involves the local community. We play an important role in supporting residents with their financial well-being and we are looking forward to meeting new members and sharing how we can serve others by providing ethical savings and loans for everyone in the area.”
There will be a variety of activities suitable for all ages including making Dragon sock puppets, 3D colouring-in and knitting.
