This session runs two times on the morning of April 13, in conjunction with our Wellness Conference for students. You may plan to attend 8:15 - 9:15 a.m. or 9:30 -10:30 a.m., both in the Eastview Library.

Amber McAuley of Mindfulness Without Borders (https://www.mindfulnesswithoutborders.org/) will introduce parents to mindfulness and describe its purpose and benefits. She will talk about and describe the Mindfulness Without Borders program starting at Eastview and how parents can support their children with starting to practice mindfulness.
