Week One - Pre Run stretch and Breathwork:
Yoga stretches to generate heat and activate key muscles in your body, before heading out on your run. Explore breathing techniques to improve breath control.
Week Two - Injury prevention:
Stretching out the tight spots and strengthen the weak areas - working within the limits of your whole body while strengthen and increasing flexibility.
Week Three - Core control, Balance and posture:
Building a strong core, strengthening the back to increase balance and focus on an efficient posture.
Week Four - Recovery:
Long stretches for your post-run, to lengthen the muscles to prevent future injuries.
