The largest scientific study of Yoga to date by York University found that a specially designed yoga class can improve lower back health (in most people). It can be more effective than physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, Pilates and CBT.
Is this Workshop Suitable for You?
This workshop is ideal for Yoga beginners and improvers, Men and Women who are experiencing lower back pain. However, it is not suitable for the initial active inflammatory stage or if the pain is very severe and ongoing. Please ring Ebb & Flow about this if you are unsure.
