Marianne has recently released her new book Nourish Books and is joining us at the studio to give us a demo of one of her recipes, as well as give a talk and informative presentation about baking with modern alternatives, how to make non-dairy treats easily, how to take away sugar but still make it taste great, how to take self-raising flour out and still make it rise. Plus, many more great tips along with weird and wonderful cooking foods that you may not know about.
Karen, our Nutritionist, will join Marianne so that Karen can explain how our bodies process these alternatives, why they don’t bloat us and why they are good for your gut health.
At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions along with a glass of bubbles.
