Ideal for those who like to run, cycle, play sports like rugby, football and weightlift. Maybe you have long periods of sitting at a computer which can cause restriction, stress and
tension in the body.
If you are retired make Yoga a regular part of your fitness routine to maintain flexibility and to help with or prevent injuries. A slow and methodical course of flexibility yoga, working to lengthen muscles, identify & build strength in weaker areas, and introduce meditation techniques to calm the nervous system.
