Join Eden Yoga for our second Prenatal session of 2018
This class series starts Sunday, April 22nd, 2018
This class series meets on Sundays from 1pm - 3:30pm
Please note: Registration for the series cuts off 24 hours before start time (Saturday 1pm). If you are not sure you can register before this cut off time you MUST contact Liz or you may not be admitted in.

Eden Yoga is pleased to offer a complete immersive Prenatal Yoga program.
Join Liz for a 10 week Prenatal Yoga series. Pregnancy is a beautiful and natural part of life. You already posses everything you need to become an extraordinary parent and this series is designed to make you aware of your ability. Yoga helps to tap into the innate wisdom you hold and the innate wisdom of your developing baby. Movement and breath work will help prepare your body, mind and spirit for childbirth and motherhood. We will work on opening the hips, strengthen the entire body and dive deeper in our hearts and minds while building confidence to prepare for the journey ahead.
Yoga breathing and yogic exercises helps to alleviate many of the discomforts during pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain, headaches, insomnia, anxiety and sciatica pain.
This series is open for women in all stages of pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is needed. Discussions and handouts will be given to enhance your experience. We will discuss a different topic each week as related to birthing, baby care, self care and preparations. Our last week will be an oppertunity for your partner/ support person / spouse to come in and ask questions.
In this series you will have the chance to: connect with other moms and make new friends, learn sensation / pain coping techniques, practice breath work for laboring and delivering, gain insight and explore your thoughts and feelings on parenting, learn practical skills and tools to help you once your baby arrives, practice journaling exercises to help you keep organized, learn how to set realistic expectations, expand your support network and leave the series feeling more prepared and empowered.
We do our best to schedule these ten weeks back to back but due to Holidays or previous commitments we may have break periods in the session.
We meet for 10 weeks: 4/22, 4/29, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3, 6/10, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8 and 7/15
Please note our three break periods for this session: 5/6, 5/13 Mother's Day and 6/17 Father's Day.

What to bring: any props you wish, a water bottle, a yoga mat if you own one (Eden provides mats free of charge if you don't own one) and a journal.
If you are new to the studio: please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of start time on the 22nd as you'll need to fill out a Release Form.
You will be e-mailed on the Friday or Saturday before we begin as a confirmation of your reservation and a few reminders.
Rate is $168.00
