Free Community Talk - What is Sustainable Healthcare?
Saturday, May 5, 2018
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Energetic Wellness
2851 W Edmond Rd

Sustainable Healthcare means healthcare resources that ignite the natural healing response within you. The orientation is not towards what others can do for you. It is towards what you can do for yourself. The concept behind sustainable healthcare is that it is self-sustained and self-regulated.. You are not dependent on outside resources to move your healing forward. Think of the value of having access to these kinds of resources during difficult times such as when there are natural disasters or unforeseen events cut you off from external resources. Sustainable Healthcare is not intended to be a replacement for outside services. It is intended to stand on its own whether those outside resources are available or not. It is integrative. It is accessible. It is always available once you have been awakened to it. Learn how to turn on the confidence to apply the practical steps of sustainable resources during this experiential community event.

This four-day Foundations Training is for those who are already using self-care and want to go to a higher level of treatment options for self and others. Students will learn how to read pulses and apply specific protocols for common needs such as strengthening the immune response, supporting adrenal vibrancy, living an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, sustaining vitality, and cultivating neuro-resiliency. Dr. Mines always shapes her teaching to the needs of those present so your particular goals will be woven into the course curriculum. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills of treating others. This course is open to healthcare providers, bodyworkers, individuals interested in becoming TARA Approach practitioners, parents, grandparents and family care providers.

Participants receive training manuals.

Pre-requisite: Some experience with TARA Approach self-care. You can gain this experience by using the practices described in Jin Shin TARA Self-Care (order here) and We Are All in Shock (order here)
