How can we be effective and achieve what we want whilst developing positive, resonant relationships in our life and work?
Building and maintaining good relationships is a fundamental part of being successful. Whether you are in a leadership role, in a team or part of a community, being able to communicate clearly and develop rapport, without giving up on what is important to you is key.
What we will do:
We will learn skills and principles to apply across life and workplace situations using examples from our own experience and explore the possibilities that open up to us when we can communicate effectively.
Understand and apply Nonviolent Communication tools
Free yourself from the blame game
Express yourself with confidence and authenticity
Receive others with empathy
Develop the skill to navigate difficult conversations
Learn ways to support effective collaboration
