Every second Thursday of the Month at 6:00pm, exercise therapist Marie Grob will be leading a one hour Egoscue yoga class to get you moving pain free. This class will include a lot of modifications to meet your body where it’s at and gentle assists to help you build the strength and stability you need in everyday movements. This class includes Egoscue perspective on yoga positions and the how-to's to leave your body feeling great. Expect to breathe and let go of the stress and tension from your day all the while discovering how much your body can do. All levels welcome!
