Nidra Yoga is an ancient yogic scientific and systematic technique to induce a state of deep relaxation , that takes us to ‘near sleep’ where we remain aware and conscious of our surroundings , yet deeply relaxed.
I will be guiding this session taking you on a journey through the 4 layers (Koshas) to a state of deep relaxation and bliss (ananda). This particular session is about accessing the heart space and releasing emotions. This ancient technique of inducing a state of deep relaxation and profound awareness , with the right breathing techniques, takes you progressively into deep meditation as you are guided to let go completely and surrender to the process.
This is not hypnosis, as you are completely aware of your surroundings and actions.
We begin with warm ups and conscious breathing to prepare the body , then at least an hour long yoga Nidra .
