Join Sarah and Valentina for an extended Yin yoga practice with Thai massage* assists in a small group setting. This practice will be an experience for your whole being, with an integration of physical stillness, breathing practices, conscious relaxation, and gentle touch.
Yin yoga is a meditative and nourishing practice that taps into the softer, quieter, and receptive aspects of our being. Thai massage is an ancient healing modality that blends assisted yoga stretches and massage techniques to restore balance both to the body and the mind. Combined together these quiet introspective practices will balance the increased warmth and activity in our environment as we move into the summer (Pitta) season.
We are intentionally limiting this event to 10 participants, so that everyone receives ample space and individual attention.
All are welcome. No prior experience with Yin yoga or Ayurveda necessary to participate.
