We have a new 6 week yoga session, instructed by Becky Mann, beginning soon! We will be offering two classes this session. (Wednesday evenings) 5:30-6:30 pm will be a bit sower paced and focused on restorative yoga and breathing techniques. The 6:30-7:30 class will be a slow flow vinyasa class. This class will be a bit more advanced and focus on alignment and strengthening through various poses.
