Due to the popularity of our Meditation Courses we have developed a new program which combines, meditation, mindfulness and spiritual awareness study. Session will take place on 4 consecutive Wednesdays at 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM, starting on April 11.

Here are the details:

Different ways to meditate and their benefits
Healing meditation (for self and others)
Recognizing space between thoughts
Thoughts awareness exercise
Finding inner silence
Awareness of emptiness

Session II - April 18:

Cultivating healthier mind and body
Cultivating wholesome habits
Awareness and development of happiness
Developing and cultivating compassion
Developing and cultivating kindness

Session III - April 25:

Mindfulness of body
Mindfulness of feelings
Mindfulness of dhammas
Blissful concentration
Mindfulness exercise
