We'll be working through a 30 days of Yoga video series beginning next week. Each video will last roughly 30 minutes in length. It is for all levels, body types, and backgrounds...perfect if you are new to yoga as well! The first class is called "Ease Into It", and this practice will help you take stock, check in with your body and mind, slow down, stretch and move with ease. Make sure to wear comfy clothes and the only requirement is for you to bring a yoga mat and towel. Space is limited, so you may want to come early to get a good spot.
