Experience deep relaxation as you are guided through breath work and meditation to awaken and open the chakras. Chakras, wheels of energy, can be areas of holding and attachments that lead to feelings of anger, fear, depression, and anxiety, as well as a host of other emotions. By working with the breath, cultivate a gentle awakening of the chakras, leading to more balanced emotions and feelings of peace and calm.
After connecting through breath work and meditation, you are now prepared for the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls played during an extended savanna. Tuned to the resonant frequencies of the chakras, the bowls are played in a special Charka awakening sequence, taught to me by 3rd generation Tibetan Bowl Teacher and Sound Healing Master Shree Krishna Shahi.

About Kendell Sullivan:
I spent many years of my life looking outward to find something to make me complete. No matter what I achieved, it was never enough, I was never enough. It wasn’t until I began practicing yoga that I was able to transform, realizing that all I ever needed I already had.
In 2010, I traveled to Nepal to trek in the Himalayas. It was there in the extreme beauty of the mountains that something began to shift. I realized that there was something more, something far deeper, than the way I was currently living my life.
After my return from Nepal, I completed a 200hr teacher training at Chitown Shakti in the Shambhava tradition. Shambhava yoga encompasses meditation, asana (postures), seva (selfless service) and conscious living through these practices. I spent time at the Shoshoni ashram in Bolder and experienced chanting the Guru Gita every morning, fire ceremonies, and kirtan. I am forever grateful for the strong spiritual practice that I developed here.
I then completed my 500hr teacher training under the guidance of Daren Friesen at Moksha Yoga. Here, I deepened my understanding of asana, delved further into yoga philosophy, and studied with master teachers from all over the world. This training brought me to south India, where I fully immersed myself in the traditional Ayurvedic cleansing, panchakarma.
In addition to being a RYT500, I am a certified meditation teacher. My love of travel and yoga naturally led me to create Yoga Trekking Adventure, where I lead yoga treks and retreats, my favorite destination being Nepal. In my classes you can expect mantra, meditation, breath work, and mindful movement, all with lighthearted fun!
It is my passion to open others to the experience of self love. When love begins within, you can freely feel it, be it and share it with the world.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti!
