Come bend into this two-hour workshop. Enhancing our spine, we will dive deep into all things backbends. From Camel to Wheel and all asanas in between! Starting with spine safety then advancing into bends to lift all hearts alike. Great for beginners and advanced yogis alike. We will break down the anatomy of a backbend, how to modify for your practice, and end with exploring them with an asana practice. Yogis bend, so we don’t break.
