Emotional Intelligence can be one of the core elements that can enhance your productivity at work and performance in education.

Emotional Intelligence consists of:
- Being aware about your own emotions
- Knowing what causes them
- Understanding how it affects your work and performance
- Understanding the emotional needs of others and addressing them (Empathy)
- Developing others around you

In order to help you achieve these we are going to conduct a workshop on Emotional. You will be taken through a process where you will get the chance to explore yourself, understand about your own level of Emotional Intelligence, and make action plans to develop your skills of managing your own emotions and meeting the emotional needs of others.
