Join us for kids yoga fun! Kids yoga is a great way to introduce children to mindfulness and a healthy lifestyle. Class will focus on bringing awareness to the body and breath while having fun! Kids can expect a breathing warm up that they will try to use their breath to make their “breathing buddies” (Beanie babies) laying on their tummies move up and down! We will then move through several simple, child focused, yoga poses paired with stories and music. Class will end with a relaxing time to help calm bodies down before leaving the studio.
