This class, yoga for beginners, will be centered on the flow of the breath. In this breath centered class we will reconnect to our bodies by moving gently into yoga postures.
By bringing our attention to the breath, in postures, we have the great opportunity to transform the self. By turning the attention inward the yoga practioner can calm the mind, body, and breath to create a more peaceful day-to-day experience.
