Summer Prep Kickstart Fitness Challenge: Boot Camp — May 6 to June 17

We'll not only supply you with high end coaching and programming from our certified instructors, but also guide you with easy-to-follow nutritional advice from our onsite nutritionist. You will get a packet of information on how to move safely, recover properly and eating right.

Fitness Challenge
In the beginning of the boot camp we’ll do a few tests, then track your progress throughout the 6 weeks. In the end, the male and female who has followed the program properly and makes the best progress will win a ONE-MONTH MEMBERSHIP to Endeavor and prize pack, valued at $400!

This 6-week limited membership is only $125 when you enroll before April 11. Two weeks prior to orientation, enrollment increases to $150.

When you enroll for the challenge, you will be signing up for a limited Endeavor membership, which will give you access to each day’s lesson plan, let you RSVP for classes and see who the instructor is, and record your workout progress, plus keep in touch with members and instructors all right from your smartphone.

Boot Camp Details
Orientation will be Sunday, May 6 and the classes for the six-week program will begin May 7 and run through June 17.

Classes will meet three times a week: Mon, Weds, Fri at 7 a.m. or 6 p.m. (you can attend either time slot and bounce between them as much as you'd like)

The boot camp is built to be progressive training, so no prior experience is needed. The intensity will grow with you as you go and you will NEVER be asked to do anything unsafe.
Every session will be instructed by one of our veteran staff who possess certifications in strength and conditioning, CrossFit, weightlifting, gymnastics and running.

Orientation is Sunday, May 6. You'll be given a packet of information on training, nutrition and proper recovery. Each participant will be measured for body fat percentage and weight. You'll have a chance to meet the staff you'll be working with, get a layout of how the challenge will go, ask any questions you may have and get to know the other members!

We'll be by your side the entire time to assess how things are going and make sure we're keeping you on the best path for YOU!

On the last day, we’ll remeasure each participant and the male and female that have made the most progress will win a ONE-MONTH MEMBERSHIP to Endeavor and a prize pack!
