Spring Forest Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) is a simple, efficient, and effective method for helping you experience optimal health, wellness, and happiness; helping you heal physical and emotional pain and enhancing the quality of your life and the lives of others.

It's known as an active meditation where we move through 5 different movements and finish the class with a seated meditation (option to lie down).

This class is for any fitness and health level.
