Join us for our next installment of the Energy and Environment seminar series! The event will be held in the Powerhouse Classroom 104 from 1-2pm.

Ben Luck will be speaking on "Improved characterization of emissions from pneumatic controllers on natural gas gathering stations"

The Gathering Emission Factors (GEF) project is an ongoing study funded through the Department of Energy to develop nationally-representative, activity-weighted, methane emission factors for each type of principal equipment located at typical gathering compressor stations. One of the specific focuses of the study was to improve the characterization of emissions from pneumatic control devices through long duration measurements. The event will present findings on this topic.
