This event is intended for any yoga student looking to go deeper with their yoga practice and set a short-term goal for themselves. Students of all levels will have the opportunity to learn more about yoga and how to integrate it into our lives both on and off the mat. Tasha is a 200 hour teacher and long-time Epic Yoga student who completed a 33 day yoga challenge that eventually evolved into a 365 day personal challenge. Recognizing that yoga can sometimes be daunting, and finding the energy to practice can at times be difficult, Tasha will be providing 33 Day students with full support throughout the 33 day event. Throughout their 33 day journey, materials such as articles, videos, short sequences, and weekly challenges will be shared with students via our 33 Days of Yoga facebook group (or email if preferred). This 33 day event is the perfect opportunity to develop your alignment in poses, learn how to modify your practice so that it is unique and supportive to your body type, and discover aspects of yoga that may be completely new to you.
Students who register for the 33 day event will have unlimited access to the drop in classes at Epic, and also be privy to five exclusive yoga classes designed specifically for the 33 day event:
1st Class = Sunday, April 29th at 11am - 12pm
2nd = Sunday, May 6th 11am - 12pm
3rd = Sunday, May 13th 11am - 12pm
4th = Sunday, May 20th 11am - 12pm
Final class = Thursday, May 31st 5:00 - 5:45pm
Sign up is $30 to anyone holding a valid monthly pass (it will be valid for 33 days)
