This hour-long class incorporates both hatha and vinyasa yoga and can be modified to fit beginners to advanced. With this class you will experience poses which are designed to produce heat within the body helping with stamina, core, balance, strength and flexibility. The last 20-30 minutes of class will be taken down to the mat to reap the benefits of building heat and allowing us to stretch and repair those muscles we just used.
