This hour-long class seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aids of props, it involves centering your breath and body and aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness and gentle movement for extended periods of time. Enjoy 60 minutes of opening in parts of the body that we perceive as tight and by softening and relaxing through and active asana practice. During a restorative yoga sequence, you will stretch but relax fully in the stretch so that tension can slowly be released.
