An hour long deep stretch and restorative class which is ideal for beginner and advanced. This class is also very ideal for people who have injuries or limitations. Each class we will focus on about 5-10 poses holding each pose from 3-7 minutes allowing the facia (the connective tissue surrounding our muscles) to open up. This is a very meditative and non-active class teaching us to focus on our intention, and slowing down the mind to provide healing mentally and physically. All poses will be done sitting or reclining on the mat and props are always give out to help with each pose.
