Who benefits from taking this course? Anyone that suffers from pain, injuries, niggles, muscle imbalances, perhaps you feel unbalanced in the saddle and you would like to improve your core and postural strength to feel safer in the saddle? Returning to riding after a break or having a baby? Want to prevent horse riding falls and injuries?
Benefit from a small group class of maximum 6 people to ensure full individual focus. Benefit from a free one to one goal setting and medical screening with Amanda before commencement of your 9 or 10 week course to ensure your expectations and goals of the course are met.
Thursday course starts 28th April runs for 9 weeks. 7:30pm class is now FULLY BOOKED

Saturday course starts 3rd May and runs for 10 weeks. There is 3 places left on this course £200.00
