Spring Session starts April 9th and runs for 10 weeks.
Class times:
Monday evenings 5:30-6:45pm - the best way to end the day!
Monday and Wednesday mornings 9:00-10:15am

Fresh Air Fitness classes take place in inspiring outdoor Comox Valley locations. Hit the trails, walk the beach and enjoy the beauty of nature during your workout!
