Adventure Running is a weekly coached training program, led by endurance Coach and Kinesiologist Sarah Seads. The Adventure Running program is designed to improve your skills as a trail runner through group coaching, on-trail technique practice, conditioning sessions, efficiency drills and much more! Learn effective running techniques to increase performance and decrease risk of injury. Improve your hill climbing and descending skills and increase your technical trail running confidence. Gain trail running safety skills and learn to navigate using a map in the trails. Learn how to train smart, fuel smart and race smart. Get ready to work hard, have fun and fulfill your sense of adventure in the Valley's beautiful trails!

Novice - ability to run:walk 45mins
Intermediate/Advanced ability to run 60mins
No pace requirement! We will have multiple pace groups within each distance for each weekly run.
