TUESDAY, April 10th, 5:30 a.m., meet at Erie Elementary for a workout on
the middle school track.

Full warm-up, then:

2 x [5-8 x 400] at current 2 mile race pace

Between the 400's, rest = work.

Between sets, 3 minute light jog.

Thus, if you're running your 400's in 1:45 each, you'll walk/jog for 1:45
between each one.
