Low light class – Handgun – April 20 - 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm. This class is designed to be able to think about how to deal with situations that “go bump in the night”. You will understand how to work through using darkness as cover as well as how to work to identify targets and working your handgun skills in low light. You will work drawing from a holster and movement in low light and learn to use your weapon mounted light/laser as well as a hand held flashlight. Recommended along with your handgun will be a small hand held flashlight that can be manipulated preferably with one hand. This CAN be a weapon mounted flashlight. Also, you can have a laser as well for this class. If you have a firearm with night sights, this may be preferred. If you have specific questions on equipment, please contact Jenny for any recommendations. You can easily take this class with your standard firearm and a handheld flashlight that is under $25.
Prerequisite for this class is to have been through the Firearms Fundamentals I class or have experience with and safe handling your firearm and basic functionality – you will need an outside the waist holster for your handgun – also, recommendation of min of 2-3 magazines, eye protection, ear protection. You will also need at minimum, a hand held flashlight.

Cost of class is $85.00/cash payment. To be able to register you will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $85 at ESR to secure your spot in the class – seating is very limited to ensure personal attention to each student. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Participant must be able to legally owner/operate a firearm and be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Class will be held at out tactical range about 40 min south of ESR Tactical – range is located in KY.
