Jodie Abrahams (Registered Nutritionist MBANT) shares tips for what, when and how to eat for better health and wellbeing.

The food we eat should give us the energy we need to live the life we want. It should help us stay in shape, make our skin glow and keep us fighting fit, as well as being gentle on our digestion and supporting good sleep. But often our busy lifestyles, lack of time and poor food choices have the opposite effects.

Jodie will share simple ideas for including a balance of nutrients in your diet plus lifestyle practices that will help you get the most out of the food you eat so you can feel, function and look your best.

The cost of the ticket (£35 including booking fee) includes:
A one hour talk and Q&A session led by Jodie Abrahams
A two course, plant-based meal served by Essence Cuisine (main and dessert)
