Yoga for Positive Living-- was inspired by the Yoga for Anxiety classes as I realized that the skills we were practicing in each session can benefit all yoga students to live a more positive life. Yoga asana (postures), meditation & breathing techniques, gratitude practices and yoga philosophy combine with self-care practices to bring you a unique yoga class. 8 week series starts April 4rth and is limited to 8 students.

Certain acceptations can be made if you need to opt-out of a scheduled class. Or if you need a pay as you go option.
