Join Suellen, avid golfer and yoga teacher extraordinaire, for a workshop to introduce yoga to golfers as a tool to enhance optimal movement for the golf swing. There will be an emphasis on range of motion, stability and mental calmness through the practice of poses and breath work. Together we will explore postures to develop core strength, stability and mobility of the hips and spine, working with both sides of the body to address imbalances in muscles from swinging the golf club with one side of the body. In addition, a focus of the class will be on yogic breathing and the mind-body connection, which will enhance your performance on the course and the enjoyment of the game.
